Ordinarily we do not charge for "in-house" costs like photocopying, facsimile transmission, and secretarial support.
Our charges may be hourly, fixed, capped or a combination depending on the transaction.
We understand that, in many instances, applying an hourly rate may result in a charge that is out of proportion to the value of the transaction. It is our aim to charge by reference to the value of the transaction to you, rather than seeking to reward ourselves for the "time spent". We are available to work "in house" as required, at a negotiated reduced rate or flat fee.
